Our members are Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in retail, hospital, long-term care, and home-health pharmacy practice in Southwest Indiana. Notes from our President, Mark Haywood: Hello, my name is Mark Haywood. I am a pharmacist at Nation's Medicines in Evansville, Indiana. I can be reached at (812) 962-4664. I am taking over the Presidential duties from Derek Green, who did a great job over the past 2 years as President. I am excited and looking forward to taking SWIPA to another level (hopefully a higher one!) Some of my thoughts and goals include trying to re-work the website to be a more useful communication tool, getting info on new drug and disease topics, providing new CE opportunities, looking for opportunities to volunteer our professional services in the community to enhance our relationship with the public, increasing use of our e-mail database to provide timely updates on SWIPA information, providing networking opportunities within our organization, and any other suggestions that might come my way.
